Terms of Use

Pre-incorporation draft. The status note below explains what that means.

These Terms govern your use of Talisman. They are written to be readable and to be honest about what is in place today and what is being put in place. Where a clause depends on a future legal step (incorporation, registration, agent filing), this is stated openly rather than asserted as already complete.

Status. This is a pre-incorporation draft. The contracting entity, registered office, and statutory references will be reissued under Talisman Music CIC once incorporation completes. Until then, the operating identity is "Talisman Project" and these Terms describe the platform conduct and commitments that bind that identity.

Talisman Music CIC will be a UK Community Interest Company limited by shares, founder-led, with an asset lock. It is not a subsidiary of Talisman Foundation CIC and is not owned or controlled by it. The two entities are held together by a conditional licence: the Foundation owns the technology stack and licenses it to the Music CIC royalty-free, and that licence terminates if the Music CIC departs from the mission conditions attached to it. Governance is described in How decisions are made.

This draft is intended for review by qualified UK counsel before being relied upon as a final binding agreement. Bracketed [TBC] markers indicate items requiring confirmation at sign-off.

1. Who these Terms are between

In these Terms:

  • "Talisman", "we", "our", "us" means the Talisman Project, currently operating in pre-incorporation form, registered office at [TBC: registered office address at incorporation], contact support@talismanproject.org. The contracting entity will become Talisman Music CIC on incorporation, at which point these Terms will be reissued with the CIC as the contracting entity, its registered number, and its registered office.
  • "You", "your" means the person agreeing to these Terms. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation (a label, a venue, a collective), "you" includes that organisation, and you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
  • "Artist" means a Talisman account that publishes music, audio, artwork, written content, or other creative works on the platform.
  • "Listener" means a Talisman account that consumes content on the platform without publishing.
  • "Node operator" means a person or organisation running a Talisman Node (backbone, label, artist, venue, listener, or developer). Running a node is an infrastructure-contribution role, not a membership tier, and does not create voting rights or an equity interest in the CIC.
  • "Service" means the Talisman iOS application, the Talisman web Airlock, the Talisman marketing site at talismanproject.org, the Talisman API, and any other software, service, or feature operated by us under the Talisman name.
  • "Content" means any music, audio, artwork, text, metadata, or other material uploaded to or transmitted through the Service.

2. Acceptance and changes

By creating an account, downloading the Talisman application, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy (together, the "Agreement").

We may change the Agreement. When we do, we will publish the updated text at the same URL, update the "updated" date in the document header, and notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, unless the change is required to comply with law or to address a security risk, in which case we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. If you continue using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not agree, you may close your account under section 19.

3. Eligibility

You may use Talisman only if:

  • You are 18 years of age or older. The current Service is operated as an invitation-only beta with manually curated, age-verified membership and is not intended for, and is not to be used by, persons under 18. The age policy in Principles · Invariant 8 is binding and is enforced before algorithmic ranking reaches any user.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You are not barred from using the Service under sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
  • You are not creating an account to replace one we previously suspended or terminated under section 17 or section 20.

We may decline or revoke access at our reasonable discretion where we have a good-faith belief that any of the above is not met.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@talismanproject.org if you believe your account has been compromised. We will suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe an account has been compromised.

Identity claims (legal name, artist name, organisation name, age verification) must be accurate. Talisman uses zero-knowledge age verification (NFC passport reading with on-device biometric verification, ML-DSA-44 signed verification records) for proof-of-age in age-gated contexts. Misrepresentation of identity is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Content uploaded by Artists

5.1 You keep your rights

Talisman does not claim and will not have any ownership rights in any element of an Artist's Content. Masters remain owned by the Artist (or the rightsholder the Artist represents). Compositions, lyrics, artwork, and any other elements remain owned by their respective rightsholders. Talisman is a platform, not a label, and does not acquire your rights as a condition of using the Service.

5.2 What you grant us

For us to host, store, transmit, transcode, cache, and deliver your Content as part of the Service, you grant Talisman a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the duration of your use of the Service plus a wind-down period reasonably necessary to remove copies from caches and distributed delivery systems, to:

  • store your Content on our servers and on our distributed content addresses (IPFS, content-addressed mesh delivery via iroh and the Talisman peer mesh);
  • create technical copies needed to deliver the Service (transcoding to delivery codecs, generating waveforms and previews, producing thumbnail and smaller-resolution copies of artwork);
  • transmit your Content to Listeners who have lawfully accessed it through the Service;
  • index your Content for search, library, and recommendation features within the Service;
  • use your name, artist name, and artwork solely to identify and present your Content within the Service.

This licence is limited to operating the Service. It does not grant Talisman the right to:

  • sell, sub-license, or transfer your Content to third parties outside the Service;
  • license your Content to synchronisation, advertising, or production-music libraries (any such use requires a separate written agreement);
  • use your Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models, except to the extent strictly necessary to detect infringement, fraud, or platform-policy violations within the Service itself, and never to produce generative outputs (see AI Policy);
  • claim ownership of your Content, your masters, or your compositions.

The licence ends when you remove the Content or close your account, except for (i) copies retained in backups for the period stated in the Privacy Policy, (ii) cached copies in distributed delivery systems that we will use reasonable efforts to invalidate, and (iii) copies retained as legally required (for example, in response to a preservation order).

5.3 You confirm you have the rights

By uploading Content, you confirm that:

  • you own the relevant rights, or have permission from those who do (this includes any co-writers, featured artists, sample owners, sync rights, and any other contributing rightsholders);
  • the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
  • the Content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Policy;
  • if any third-party splits exist on the Content (co-writers, featured artists, producers), you have a written split sheet or equivalent documentation;
  • if the Content includes any sample, interpolation, or quotation of another work, you have cleared it.

If we receive a credible claim that any of the above is not true, we will act under the Notice & Takedown Policy.

5.4 Compositions and publishing rights

A recording and the musical work embodied in it are two separate copyrights, and they are cleared separately. The licence you grant in section 5.2 covers the recording. It does not, on its own, clear the composition — the underlying words and music — which may be controlled by you, by a co-writer, by a publisher, or by a collecting society such as PRS for Music or MCPS.

Talisman does not acquire ownership of your compositions in any of the cases below (section 5.1 stands). What follows is only about how the right to make a composition available on the Service is cleared, and how the money for it reaches the writer.

Where the writers are not affiliated to a collecting society. We offer a direct composition licence: narrow, non-exclusive, limited to use on Talisman, terminable, and covering only the rights needed to make the work available through the Service. It leaves every other use — broadcast, live performance, sync, other platforms — entirely with you. The composition allocation under that licence is paid to the writers in full, with no administration fee deducted by us, on the same payment cycle as recording revenue. The terms are set out in the licence itself, which is a separate document you read and accept before it applies. We will not treat a credit confirmation, an upload, or acceptance of these Terms as acceptance of that licence.

Where the writers are affiliated to a collecting society. The composition is licensed through that society, not by us and not directly from you, and the money for it reaches the writers through the society's own distribution rather than through your Talisman balance. Sums we pay to a society are deducted before the artist revenue split is calculated, because they are payable onward to the writers and are not retained by us. Society affiliation is a decision for the writer; nothing in these Terms asks you to leave a society, and for most societies withdrawal cannot be done for one service alone in any event.

Where the position is unknown. A work whose composition rights we cannot establish is not made available on the Service. Absence of information is treated as absence of clearance, never as permission. This is enforced in the platform itself and not only as a policy commitment.

What is not yet in place, stated plainly:

  • The direct composition licence is in draft and subject to review by qualified UK counsel. No writer has been asked to sign it and it is not in force [TBC: counsel sign-off and effective date].
  • We do not yet hold a PRS for Music Digital Music Services Licence or the corresponding MCPS mechanical licence [TBC: licence application and effective date]. Until we do, works controlled by those societies are not made available on the Service.
  • The territorial scope of any society licence we obtain may be narrower than the Service's reach, and where it is, availability will be restricted to match rather than the licence being treated as covering more than it does.

Until both paths are live, the Service operates only on works where the composition position is established and cleared.

5.5 Metadata and identifiers

Where you provide identifiers (ISRC, ISWC, UPC), we record what you provide. Where you do not, we may record the absence rather than synthesise a placeholder. We do not currently auto-generate ISRCs and will not begin doing so until Talisman is registered as an ISRC registrant with the International ISRC Agency (via PPL in the United Kingdom). When that registration completes, auto-generation will be enabled as an opt-in convenience and the codes issued will be portable: if you leave Talisman, you can take your ISRCs with you.

6. Content uploaded by Listeners

If you are a Listener and you post a comment, message, profile bio, or other text or media to the Service, the same rights confirmation in section 5.3 applies (you own it or have permission, it does not infringe, it complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and AI Policy). You grant Talisman a non-exclusive licence to host and display that Content within the Service for the purposes for which you posted it.

7. Acceptable use

The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you must not:

  • upload or transmit Content you do not have the rights to;
  • upload or transmit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others;
  • upload Content that is wholly or substantially generated by AI without disclosing it (see the AI Policy);
  • impersonate another person, artist, or rightsholder;
  • attempt to access or interfere with parts of the Service you are not authorised to use;
  • use the Service to harass, threaten, or facilitate abuse;
  • circumvent technical measures (rate limits, age gates, content protection);
  • scrape, crawl, or extract Service Content for any purpose, including AI training;
  • create or operate accounts to inflate streaming counts, generate fraudulent transactions, or otherwise manipulate Service metrics.

8. Purchases

Everything sold on Talisman, physical or digital, is paid for in the Talisman web store at app.talismanproject.org. The iOS and Android apps take no payments: they show what you own and your listening-time balance, and where an app store's rules allow it they link to the web store. Payments are taken by card through Stripe or, where offered, by Pay by Bank from a UK bank account through TrueLayer. Every purchase is covered by the same consumer rights framework (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), whichever way you pay.

Talisman does not sell digital goods through Apple In-App Purchase. We rely on the App Store reader-app classification (Guideline 3.1.3) for the iOS application. Where our app links you to the web store, we comply with the anti-steering rules that apply in your app store's region.

8.1 Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and otherwise in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include any value-added tax (VAT) where applicable. We are responsible for collecting and remitting VAT on digital sales to UK consumers; for sales to consumers outside the UK, applicable taxes are charged according to the consumer's location.

8.2 Listening time

Listening time is a metered listening service. You purchase credit (the introductory tier is £5.50 for 25 hours of listening, with credit balances rolling over and not expiring). Credits are consumed only while music is playing. Browsing, scrolling, app backgrounding, or app closure does not consume credit. Listening time you bought and have not used can be refunded under section 8.5. Listening time Talisman gives you free, such as the hour an invite brings, is used before time you bought and is never refunded.

8.3 Library unlocks

A Library unlock converts a track from "metered" to "owned to keep" (subject to the licence the Artist grants the platform; it does not transfer underlying ownership). Library unlocks are downloadable in lossless FLAC, are offline-playable, and are not revocable by Talisman except for reasons set out in section 17 (account termination for material breach) or where required by law (for example, where Talisman receives a court order requiring removal of specific Content).

8.4 Conditional unlocks (golden keys)

A golden-key unlock is earned by satisfying an Artist-defined condition (presence at a venue during show week, geographic alignment, time-of-day or astronomical alignment, attendance at an event, completion of a quest). Once earned, golden-key unlocks are functionally identical to silver-key (paid) unlocks and are subject to the same retention rules.

8.5 Refunds and the right to cancel

If you are a consumer (a person buying for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for goods or services and obtain a refund.

For physical goods, this 14-day period runs from the day after delivery. To cancel, contact support@talismanproject.org [TBC: confirmed at launch] with your order details. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.

For digital content (listening time, Library unlocks, digital album purchases), the statutory right to cancel applies only if you have not yet started consuming the digital content. The Consumer Contracts Regulations require us to obtain your express prior consent to begin supply within the 14-day cancellation period and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins. Talisman obtains both at checkout in the web store. If you have not played any of a purchased Library track or otherwise consumed a digital purchase, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Once any consumption has occurred, the statutory right to cancel is exhausted for that purchase.

Listening time goes further than the law requires. Whenever you ask, while your account is open, we refund listening time you bought and have not used, even after you have started listening and after the 14 days have passed. We refund the price you paid for the unused hours to the way you paid, starting with your most recent top-up. Listening time Talisman gave you free is counted as used first and is not refunded. To ask for a refund, contact support@talismanproject.org.

For event tickets, the Consumer Contracts Regulations exempt contracts for leisure services performed on a specific date (regulation 28). Event ticket refunds are at the Artist's or venue's discretion as set out at the point of sale, except where consumer protection law overrides this (for example, cancellation of the event by the organiser).

For digital subscriptions (where introduced), the cancellation rules in the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.

Independent of the 14-day cancellation right, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Chapter 3 for digital content) requiring digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If digital content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction, or a refund.

8.6 Artist payouts

Artists who sell on Talisman (through Library, listening time, merchandise, or tickets) are paid out under the terms of their Artist account onboarding and, on incorporation, under the Artist Member Agreement. The platform's stated commitment is that 95% of Library and listening-time revenue reaches the Artist after payment-processor fees. The exact split, payout cadence, and reserve mechanics are governed by the Artist Member Agreement, which will be published on the Policies page when filed.

9. Tickets and physical events

Where Talisman sells tickets or facilitates physical event access, the Artist or organiser is the principal counterparty to the ticket contract. Talisman acts as a marketplace and processor. The Artist or organiser is responsible for delivery of the event, refunds in the event of cancellation, and venue access. Where Talisman sells tickets on behalf of an organiser, we will display the organiser's identity at the point of sale.

Talisman applies UK Online Safety Act, age verification, and venue safeguarding obligations where applicable to the contexts in which tickets are sold and accessed.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services. The principal ones are:

  • Stripe (Stripe Payments UK Ltd. and affiliates) for payment processing.
  • Apple (App Store distribution, push notifications via APNs, Sign in with Apple where used).
  • IPFS (content addressing, distributed content delivery; storage may be replicated to public IPFS gateways and to private Talisman-operated IPFS nodes).
  • iroh and the Talisman peer mesh (P2P content delivery between nodes).
  • Bluetooth-based proximity discovery (anonymous nearby-peer signalling for music discovery).
  • Email services for transactional and operational mail.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers as listed in the Privacy Policy.

Use of these services is subject to their own terms. We choose providers carefully and contractually require them to handle data and Content appropriately, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond the contractual and statutory standards we are required to meet.

11. Talisman intellectual property

The Talisman name, logo, glyphs, the Alethiometer, the AlignmentRing, the SonarRadar, the Talisman documentation, the Talisman software, and the Talisman trademarks are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as set out here.

The open-source components of Talisman are or will be released under the licences stated at Source & Open Source. Where a component is open-source, the relevant open-source licence governs your rights in that component.

12. Privacy and data protection

How we collect, use, share, and retain your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. The platform is designed under the principles of data minimisation, on-device processing where feasible (audio analysis, AI detection, embeddings), and explicit opt-in for any signal that affects what you see. The Principles page lists the design invariants that bind our use of data.

13. AI content and AI training

The full rules are in the AI Policy. In summary:

  • Talisman does not, and will not permit others to, use Artist Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models intended to generate sound recordings, voices, lyrics, artwork, or other creative outputs, except with that Artist's express, separately-given written permission. This commitment is binding on us and on any vendor we contract with.
  • Wholly or substantially AI-generated music must be disclosed at upload via the AI-content disclosure flag (which we relay to downstream services using DDEX-standard fields where applicable).
  • Generation or imitation of an existing artist's voice, likeness, or stylistic identity without that artist's permission is prohibited and is grounds for removal.
  • AI-content detection is run on uploads using the Talisman AI Verification pipeline. Results are advisory; final moderation decisions are made by humans, with appeal.

14. Notice and takedown

The full procedure is in the Notice & Takedown Policy. In summary:

  • We respond to credible claims of intellectual property infringement (copyright, trade mark, performers' rights, related rights) and to claims that AI-generated Content unlawfully imitates a person's voice or likeness.
  • We will register a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2) for receipt of DMCA notices [TBC: agent registration to be filed prior to launch].
  • We operate a written, enforced repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that receive repeated, well-founded infringement complaints will be suspended and, where appropriate, terminated.
  • We provide a counter-notice procedure for users who believe Content was removed in error.
  • We comply with the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and, where applicable to users in the European Union, with the limitations and obligations under Article 17 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (the DSM Directive). Until and unless Talisman exceeds the size thresholds in Article 17(6), we operate under that provision's reduced-obligation regime for new and small services.

15. Online Safety Act 2023

Talisman is, in the United Kingdom, a user-to-user service for the purposes of the Online Safety Act 2023, and we have illegal-content duties and child-safety duties under the Act. Consistent with the rest of these Terms, we state below what is in place today and what is not yet, rather than asserting compliance as already complete.

In place today:

  • An age gate before access to the Service. The current operating model is invitation-only with manual age-verified onboarding; the open-launch model uses zero-knowledge age verification with NFC passport reading and on-device biometric match.
  • Published, accessible content rules in the Acceptable Use Policy and AI Policy.
  • A reporting mechanism accessible to users.
  • A written, enforced repeat-infringer policy and the notice-and-takedown procedure at Notice & Takedown.

Not yet in place:

  • A documented illegal-content risk assessment and children's access assessment, with the record-keeping the Act requires [TBC: to be completed and retained prior to open launch].
  • Quarterly transparency reporting under the Transparency commitment, which begins at open launch [TBC: first report date].

Until those assessments are completed and retained, we do not claim to have discharged the Act's assessment and record-keeping duties, and this section will be updated when we have.

The categorisation of Talisman under the Act and the specific Codes of Practice that apply may change as the Service grows or as Ofcom's enforcement evolves. We will keep these Terms current with our actual practice.

16. Mesh and peer-to-peer delivery

Talisman uses peer-to-peer content delivery via IPFS, iroh, and the Talisman peer mesh. When you use the Service, parts of your device's connectivity may be used to deliver content to other Listeners on the same network or in proximity, in ways that we describe at the point at which it is enabled. You can disable mesh participation at any time in the Service settings. The mesh transports only content that you have lawfully accessed; it does not give your device the role of an unconsented relay for other users' content.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to specific features, where:

  • you materially breach the Agreement;
  • you breach the Acceptable Use Policy or AI Policy;
  • you receive repeated, well-founded infringement complaints under the Notice & Takedown Policy;
  • we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority;
  • there is a credible security or fraud risk that requires suspension to address.

Where suspension or termination is for cause, we will give you reasons and an opportunity to appeal except where doing so would compromise an investigation, breach law, or place others at risk. Where the suspension is precautionary (for example, while we investigate a security flag), we will lift it as soon as the precaution is no longer warranted.

You may close your account at any time from the Service settings or by writing to support@talismanproject.org. Closing your account ends your right to use the Service. We retain data after closure as set out in the Privacy Policy.

18. Service availability and changes

We will use reasonable care and skill in operating the Service. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may perform planned maintenance, change features, retire features, and update the Service. Where a change materially reduces the value of something you have paid for (for example, a Library unlock), we will give you notice and a refund or equivalent in another form, at our option, to the extent permitted by consumer protection law.

19. Liability and disclaimers

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. In particular, nothing here limits or excludes:

  • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • the rights of consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer-protection law;
  • any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by law.
  • Our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Talisman in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

This section does not affect rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnity

If your use of the Service, or Content you submit, breaches the Agreement and causes us to incur loss (including reasonable legal costs and any sums we are required to pay to a third party), you will indemnify us against that loss. This applies in particular where:

  • you upload Content you do not have the rights to;
  • you use the Service to commit a tort or a crime against a third party;
  • your breach of the AI Policy or Acceptable Use Policy causes a third-party claim against us.

This indemnity does not apply to losses we could have avoided by acting reasonably or where the loss is caused by our own breach.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with it are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, except that:

  • if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or in another country, you also have the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your jurisdiction;
  • nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

22. Dispute resolution

Before bringing court proceedings, please contact us at support@talismanproject.org so we can try to resolve the matter directly. We aim to acknowledge contact within 5 working days and to provide a substantive response within 30 days.

If the matter is not resolved, you have the option of pursuing alternative dispute resolution. Where required by consumer law, we will provide details of an approved alternative dispute resolution body at the point a dispute arises.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

23. General

  • No assignment. You may not assign or transfer the Agreement without our written consent. We may assign the Agreement to a successor entity (for example, on incorporation of Talisman Music CIC or, in the unlikely event of a corporate reorganisation, to another asset-locked body, as required by CIC asset-lock rules).
  • No partnership. Nothing in the Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
  • Severability. If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
  • No waiver. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account. You may send notices to us at support@talismanproject.org or to the registered office once published.
  • Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. It replaces any prior understandings or representations.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, provided it gives reasonable notice and uses reasonable efforts to mitigate.

24. Contact

For any matter under these Terms, contact support@talismanproject.org. For intellectual property complaints, see the Notice & Takedown Policy for the dedicated channel and required information. For data-protection enquiries, see the Privacy Policy for the controller details.
